JAKARTADAILY.ID – At the Gema Ramadhan 1444 H gathering with West Java Friends with Disabilities in the West Hall of Gedung Sate on Thursday, April 6, 2023, the Foster Mother of the Province of West Java, Atalia Praratya Kamil, emphasized that the limitations of each person are not a barrier to expressing abilities.
"This all shows that every time we are given space, we can maximize it and be able to with all its limitations," she said.
Atalia was moved when she saw and heard children with disabilities reading poetry.
"Earlier, I was asked to read a poem, but I said I just wanted to enjoy it, and when you read it, you got goosebumps," said Atalia.
According to her, humans are not created perfect because they have different and unique conditions.
"No one is perfect. We realize that we don't have perfect creatures, only the types are different, everyone has their own types," she said.

Atalia also pointed out that there are many athletes with disabilities in West Java who have made achievements in several sports on the national and international levels.
"We have a lot of athletes with disabilities who have achieved to bring the name of West Java to the national and international arena," she said.
The Head of the West Java Province Social Service Dodo Suhendar said that children with disabilities in West Java were always given space to express themselves.
The newest thing is by presenting the braille Quran Paper Musabaqah (MMQ) competition in the series of Bubos 7 2023 activities at the West Java level.
"So that the spiritual needs of disabled children can be developed. With the hope that the welfare of the disabled community in West Java will be given more attention," concluded Dodo.
