With a heavy heart, we inform you that JD.ID will stop accepting your orders starting February 15, 2023. JD.ID and its services will be discontinued on March 31, 2023.
For Transactions completed prior to the service termination date, the company will fulfill orders as usual, and after-sales service and support will still be available. If you have other questions, please contact our customer service at 1500618.
