JAKARTADAILY.ID – State-owned train company PT Kereta Api Indonesia (PT KAI) is partnering with LinkQu to facilitate ticket refunds through the KAI Access app.

In a press statement, the company said that they wanted to provide a new service where refund requests will be made via direct transfer to user accounts.

The company added that this is a leap forward in the facility they provide, as previously, customers would have to request refunds personally at the train station.

According to the press release, this service has been available since February 2022.

LinkQu is a payment service provider licensed by Bank Indonesia. Despite being a relatively new company, LinkQu already has a strong reputation for providing a reliable, fast, and easy transfer system.

"We really appreciate the trust given by PT KAI to LinkQu, so that our company can also provide more benefits to the wider community as well as contribute to the success of the country's payment system electronification program," said Founder and CEO of LinkQu Didin Noor Ali in a press statement.

Through this partnership and the facility it provides, users can now easily cancel and reschedule their trips in the application, furthermore, customers will not have to wait long to get their money back, either directly to their bank accounts, or to their digital wallets such as LinkAja, GoPay, OVO, DANA, Shopeepay, Kaspro, among others.

“During 6 months of working with KAI, LinkQu has made transactions of more than Rp. 60 billion. This is of course a significant amount in the midst of recovery efforts after the Covid pandemic that hit the economy of this country,” said Didin

The presence of this feature has succeeded in increasing the public trust of service users to PT KAI, especially in today's modern era, people demand a fast, precise, and efficient service, continued Raden Agus. This encourages LinkQu to expand its cooperation and cooperate with other leading national and private companies in terms of digitization of their customer service system.
