JAKARTADAILY.ID - Bappebti or CoFTRA asks trading bot companies to take responsibility for actions or violations causing financial losses of members.

CoFTRA assures them that the blocking of their platform by the Ministry of Trade does not mean they will go without consequences on the pretext of still processing their permits to the Ministry of Trade's CoFTRA.

A number of trading bot companies said the government forbade withdrawals from customer accounts during the permit process.

"This is a hoax deliberately spread by trading bot companies," CoFTRA's official statement on CoFTRA's official Instagram account, Friday, February 11, 2022, reads.

CoFTRA ensures that it has never issued a policy forbidding the withdrawal of member accounts.

Withdrawals remain the responsibility of the trading bot operator company and its members.

The closure of the company's operations does not eliminate or remove their responsibility of members' demands for any actions or violations that cause losses.

As previously noted, several trading bot companies have been declared illegal and blocked by CoFTRA, including Net89/SmartX, DNA Pro Akademi, Auto Trade Gold, Viral Blast, Raibot Look, EA 50, Sparta, Fin888, Fsp Akademi Pro, and other similar companies.

However, the management seems to be holding member funds after the blockade. The customers cannot withdraw their funds (WD) on the grounds that CoFTRA has terminated the company's operations. Meanwhile, many members actually wanted to withdraw their investment funds.
