At Mobile World Congress 2023 in Barcelona, Spain, Telkomsel collaborated with Microsoft to integrate Microsoft Azure AI into its marketing strategy and platform to create a more personalized experience for customers.
This integration is embodied in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which marks the continuation of Telkomsel's digital transformation roadmap. As the leading digital telecommunication company in Indonesia, Telkomsel is determined to continue to innovate and implement the latest technology that will develop in the industry and the nation.

Telkomsel CMO Derrick Heng said, AI technology is a rapidly growing field that is changing the way businesses operate in various industries. Telkomsel using Azure AI aims to increase customer engagement and satisfaction by analyzing data insights to provide a more personalized experience and predict future behavior and behavior.

Through this integration, Telkomsel will collaborate with Microsoft to jointly determine end-to-end in improving and developing Telkomsel's marketing platform by combining Natural Language Processing, which can analyze data and generate insights that help optimize business strategies effectively.

Telkomsel will use Azure AI machine learning algorithms to analyze data insights, natural language processing to better understand customer interactions and sentiments, and predictive analytics to anticipate future behavior.
