Indonesian MSME Products Supported by Pertamina Sold Out in the Netherlands

JAKARTADAILY.ID – Products from Pertamina-assisted MSMEs were sold out at the 2022 Tong Tong Fair in the Netherlands on September 1-11, 2022, even though some of the products were sold out even and the exhibition was still ongoing.

Pertamina UMKM's food products, Dapur Bunda Duri, De Harvest Jaya, and Bakul Jamu Euis have all been sold out. Likewise, the fashion products of Godhong Print, Dela Tapis, Sasirangan as well as Joglo Ayu Tenan, and Bahalap handicraft products are also very attractive to visitors.

Tong Tong Fair 2022 officially closed on the week of September 11, 2022. This exhibition of culture and MSE products from Indonesia was visited by more than 70 thousand people.

Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Netherlands, H.E. Mayerfas welcomes the re-organization of the Tong Tong Fair after 2 years of being canceled due to the pandemic.

"This is my first experience since being assigned as Ambassador in the Netherlands. I am very happy to see the enthusiasm and response of the people who are always busy and often run out of tickets," said Mayerfas reported by pertamina.com, Friday, September 16, 2022.

At the Tong Tong Fair in 2022, the Ministry of State-owned Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia participated by opening the SOE Roemah pavilion which facilitates the participation of various MSMEs fostered by SOEs in Indonesia.

"This needs to continue to be done to encourage MSMEs to Go Global and have competitiveness," he concluded.

Pertamina was present with 175 types of superior products from various cities in Indonesia, including Yogyakarta, Balikpapan, Dumai, Banjarmasin, Pontianak, Lampung, and Tomohon, Sulawesi.

Products consisting of fashion, handicrafts, and food are selected through a fairly long process after being curated with product quality criteria, quality, and levels that must be in accordance with the needs of the global market.

"I am proud that the Rubik Balado product can pass curation to the Netherlands, can make the city of Duri Riau proud, which previously did not have regional specialties," said Diah Novi Wulandari, owner of Dapur Bunda Duri which has been an MSME assisted by Pertamina since 2020.

In addition to the Rubik Balado product, the Godhong Print eco print product also has a place in the hearts of the visitors of the 2022 Tong Tong Fair.
