JAKARTADAILY.ID – Directorate General of Customs and Excise continues to push for education and export assistance for regional MSMEs.

Head of the Sub-Directorate of Public Relations and Counseling, Hatta Wardhana said that in addition to exploring the potential of domestic industry, this action is also part of efforts to recover the national economy.

Hatta revealed the consistent efforts of Customs and Excise in helping domestic business actors market their products abroad.

Several Customs offices, including Sangatta Customs, Labuan Bajo Customs, and Banjarmasin Customs, have again carried out export assistance for MSME owners.

"This is in line with part of the national economic recovery effort that seeks to encourage exports and empower MSMEs to become drivers of the national economy," said Hatta in a press statement published there, Tuesday, May 24, 2022.

Hendra, the coordinator of the Pama Banua Etam Business Development Institute for the Sangatta region, revealed that his agency emphasizes MSMEs to make products that are needed by buyers so that there will be buyers.
