JAKARTADAILY.ID – The Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources announced PT Bumi Pratiwi Hulu Energi as the Winner of the Auction for the Direct Bidding of the Oil and Gas Working Area or Oil and Gas Block Phase I 2022 for the Bawean Working Area (WK).
Director General of Oil and Gas Tutuka Ariadji said that the appointment of PT Bumi Pratiwi Hulu Energi was based on the results of an assessment of the Participation Documents from bidders.
"PT Bumi Pratiwi Hulu Energi is also committed to starting production in the first year of the contract. The government hopes that with the announcement of the winner, the Bawean Working Area can immediately contribute to maintaining national oil and gas production," said Tutuka in Jakarta, Tuesday Ocotber 4, 2022.

Then, exploration commitments include the acquisition and processing of 3D Seismic 300 km2, G&G. The total value of the firm commitment reached $22.39 million.
In addition to the announcement of the Winners of the Working Areas, currently for the Regular Auction for the Oil and Gas Working Area Phase I 2022, which consists of 3 Working Areas, namely Arakundo, Bengara I and South Makassar.
