Ministry of SOEs Holds Pertamina GMS, Appoints New Commissioners and Directors

JAKARTADAILY.ID – The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises held a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Pertamina and changed the composition of the Commissioners and Directors of PT Pertamina.

The Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina, Brahmantya S. Poerwadi said that as one of the authorities of the shareholders, the General Meeting of Shareholders has determined the composition of Pertamina's new commissioners and directors.

He explained that the GMS appointed Rida Mulyana as one of Pertamina's Commissioners, Erry Widiastono as Director of Logistics and Infrastructure of PT Pertamina, and Atep Salyadi Dariah Saputra as Director of Strategy, Portfolio, and Business Development (SPPU) of PT Pertamina.

The composition of Pertamina's new Commissioners and Directors is contained in a copy of the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number SK-198/MBU/09/2022 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company PT Pertamina and Number: SK-199/MBU /09/2022 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company PT Pertamina which was signed on Monday, 19 September 2022.

In the Decree, he continued, the shareholders also honorably dismissed Ego Syahrial from the position of Commissioner of PT Pertamina, Mulyono from the position of Director of Logistics and Infrastructure, and Iman Rachman from the position of Director of SPPU PT Pertamina.

"Pertamina would like to thank Mr. Ego Syahrial, Mr. Mulyono, and Mr. Iman Rachman for their dedication to Indonesia and their contribution in managing Pertamina's business amidst the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic," said Brahmantya.
