Greenwoods Group Opens Damara Village Ubud Alaya Collection Phase 2 Marketing

JAKARTADAILY.ID – Bali as a world famous tourist destination is still the main attraction for property development and it’s believed to increase along with the increasing number of international tourist arrivals to the Island of the Gods.

Greenwoods Group CEO Okie Imanto said the shrinking Covid-19 pandemic had triggered an increase in the number of tourism visits in Bali. This condition has a direct impact on the activities of various economic sectors including residential marketing.

"When tourism is sluggish due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the property sector in Bali has become the target of domestic and foreign investors. This confirms that Bali has indeed become the target for second home," he said, at the launch of the second stage of marketing and the inauguration of the model house, at Gallery Marketing Damara Village Ubud, Alaya Collection, Kedewataan, Bali, Thursday, November 3, 2022.

Okie said, as an international tourist destination, Bali has always been a magnet for the world community. This spurred the need for property as one of the main supporters to continue to increase from time to time.
