Gardens at Candi Sawangan Launches Rivergate Cluster, 38 Units of the Smallest Type Sold Out

JAKARTADAILY.ID – PT Graha Perdana Indah, the developer of Gardens at Candi Sawangan, has resumed the development phase of the township by launching the Rivergate cluster on, Saturday, October 29, 2022.

Present as the ninth cluster at Gardens at Candi Sawangan, Rivergate carries the Smart Eco Living concept which is surrounded by beautiful and environmentally friendly areas and is supported by smart home system technology.

President Director of Gardens at Candi Sawangan, Aditya Sutanto explained, the Rivergate Cluster targets first-home consumers from the millennial generation and Generation Z who want to live in beautiful settlements with environmentally friendly, modern concepts, and are equipped with various supporting facilities.

Aileen Chandra, Marketing Director of Gardens at Candi Sawangan, explained that the houses developed at Rivergate are 1 and 2-story types with 2 to 3+1 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and balcony.
