Summarecon Launches Summarecon Crown Gading a New City-S​cale Area in North-East Jakarta

JAKARTADAILY.ID – Property developer PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, opened Summarecon Crown Gading (SCG), a new city-scale area covering of ​​437 hectares in north-east Jakarta.

The SCG is a joint venture project between Summarecon and Duta Putra Land. SGC is located in the east of Kelapa Gading, next to the Marunda Economic Zone, North Jakarta, and the Commercial Center in Bekasi.

President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk Adrianto P. Adhi said, the development of SCG is based on the ease of accessibility of the North-East Jakarta area, which is increasingly open with the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) Cibitung - Cilincing Toll Road.

The name Summarecon Crown Gading itself, he continued, was taken from its location which is only 15 minutes from Summarecon Kelapa Gading, the company's first project.

This project has been developed 46 years ago with a higher and growing value and is still a favorite area in the North Jakarta area.

According to Adhi, as he is familiarly called, SCG will be a very important and historic project for the company, because it brings the concept phenomenon from Kota Summarecon Kelapa Gading, the first area developed by Summarecon.

"The project that we have prepared for approximately 10 years is also expected to contribute in the form of economic, social, and environmental growth in the area's development area," he said.

On this occasion, Executive Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk Albert Luhur explained, SCG is designed to be an 'All in One City' city by prioritizing the synergy between the modern city and nature.

Inspired by the trend of healthy lifestyles, the ecological development of SCG City allows the creation of harmony between residents and nature, and the surrounding environment.

“We found a similar breath in the design of the IKN Nusantara National Capital which represents the concept of unity but still respects the beauty of the environment. Therefore, we collaborated with Sibarani Sofyan to design the SCG Masterplan,” he explained.
