300 Units of Kartika Residence Karawitan Cluster Sold out in 1 Day

JAKARTADAILY.ID – Residential property marketing activities in Indonesia are still enthusiastic, despite the increase in fuel prices at the beginning of September 2022. One proof is the success of Karawitan cluster at the Kartika Residence Area, Karawang, West Java. 

300 housing units of Karawitan cluster were sold out in just one day at the launching the first marketing phase of the Karawitan Cluster in mid-September 2022.

Karawitan cluster is developed by PT Bumi Arta Sedayu, a subsidiary of property developer Citra Swarna Group. The Karawitan cluster is the 5th cluster presented by Kartika Residence. it's includes three types of houses, namely Arsa, Lavani and Yasa.

“That day, when we launched the first stage of marketing, we managed to get sales of up to 90 percent of the total offer of 300 houses. Karawitan clusters are offered starting at Rp 550 million per unit,” said Suryanti Agustinar, Sales & Marketing Director of Citra Swarna Group, Sunday September 25, 2022.

Yanti – as she is familiarly called – said that the launch of the Karawitan Cluster initial sale, which was attended by the Directors of Citra Swarna Group and the Directors of Bank BTN, was enthusiastically welcomed by the people of Karawang. No wonder, if the tent area at Super Splash Waterpark Kartika Residence is packed with potential buyers.

At the launch of the first stage of marketing, the groundbreaking for the construction of housing units and a mass credit agreement with Bank BTN was also held. The event was enlivened by a special performance from the Indonesian Idol artist, "Delon".
