KAI Property Partners with Diamondland to Develop TOD Area of Kemayoran Station

JAKARTADAILY.ID –  PT Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk, through its subsidiary and PT KAI Properti, has established a strategic partnership to develop the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area of ​​Kemayoran station, Jakarta.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the President Director of KAI Properti, Yoseph Ibrahim and the President Director of PT. Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk, I Gusti Putu Gede Wingara coincided with the celebration of the 13th Anniversary of PT KAI Properti at the Mandiri Museum, Thursday 8 September 2022.

President Commissioner of PT. Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk, Adam Bilfaqih, expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the trust of the KAI Group by choosing Diamondland Development through its subsidiary as a strategic partner.

Through this collaboration, added Adam Bilfaqih, it will be very beneficial for the company in developing, managing and anticipating various challenges related to TOD-based property management.

Meanwhile, Yoseph Ibrahim, President Director of KAI Properti said, this collaboration with Diamondland Development is the first step in the KAI Living development master plan, both for KAI employees and the community in general.

"This is one of KAI's concrete forms in providing transportation support services and facilities to the public. This initial collaboration will certainly continue to grow, especially in locations close to train stations, one of which is the development of TOD at Kemayoran Station," he said.

On the same occasion, President Director of PT. Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk, I Gusti Putu Gede said, that this cooperation in the development of the TOD area is a form of company participation in providing commercial properties that are integrated with mass transportation modes.

The TOD area of ​​Kemayoran Station itself is located on an area of ​​1,800.85 m2 right on Jalan Garuda, Kemayoran District, Jakarta.

Diamondland Development is involved in the construction and development of the TOD area which consists of commercial buildings and is equipped with supporting facilities.
