JAKARTADAILY.ID – PT Adhi Commuter Property Tbk. (ADCP) managed to record a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) residential marketing sales contract of Rp 117 billion at the Indonesia Property Expo (IPEX), August 13-21, 2022 at the Jakarta Convention Center.

ADCP Marketing Director, Indra Syahruzza said that the achievements at IPEX this year illustrate that TOD-based housing is increasingly in demand by the public.

Indra said, in the first half of 2022 ADCP managed to record a 47 percent YoY increase in marketing sales, plus the sale of 166 units at IPEX with the three highest supporting projects in the contract award including LRT City Bekasi - Eastern Green by 17 percent followed by LRT City Bekasi - Green Avenue by 16 percent and LRT City Ciracas by 13 percent.
