J Trust Bank and Greenwoods Group Offering Mortgages at Rp 2 Million Installments for Up to 30 Years

JAKARTADAILY – PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) partnered with Greenwoods Group to finance housing ownership in a residential area in the two housing projects are Citaville Pilar Cikarang and Citaville Parung Panjang.

J Trust Bank offers mortgage financing at a competitive rate and a term of up to 30 years and installments starting from Rp 2 million per month.

"As economic and social conditions recover due to the successful handling of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, we are optimistic that the property sector, especially the demand for landed houses this year, will increase again. Citaville housing itself is a project from Greenwoods for the market segment of first-time home buyers and young people," said J Trust Bank President Director Ritsuo Fukadai.

According to Ritsuo, J Trust Bank is ready to support through mortgage products with very competitive, affordable rates, and special financing terms of up to 30 years.

"This is J Trust Bank's commitment to support Indonesia's economic recovery in the property sector as well as providing quality housing for community groups who want to build their first home," he said.

Citaville is an entry-level housing / residential product that targets young families. Developed since 2016, the Citaville brand is priced at a house price ranging from Rp. 300 million to Rp. 800 million.

Following Citaville Cikarang, Greenwoods then developed a second portfolio in Parung Panjang in 2019, and a third in Pilar Cikarang at the end of 2021.

Okie Imanto, Founder & CEO of Greenwoods Group, said that in the future the Greenwoods project with the Citaville brand is targeted to be in several big cities in Indonesia to meet the market for the housing needs of young and millennial families, including in the Bogor and Cibubur areas.
