JAKARTADAILY.ID – The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) released a list of the 10 best-performing Mortgage Liquidity Facility (FLPP) distribution banks in the first half of 2022.
"The results of the first semester of evaluation serve as a reference for BP Tapera to recalculate the commitments of all Channeling Banks in order to maximize the existing potential and the availability of DIPA funds," said the Commissioner of BP Tapera, Adi Setianto in his statement, quoted from the tapera.go.id page, Monday, July 18, 2022.
Out of the 39 banks evaluated BP Tapera found that Bank BTN, BTN Syariah, and BNI occupied the highest performance in distributing FLPP funds in the first semester of 2022.

Then followed by BNI, BRI, BJB, BSI, Bank Mandiri, BJB Syariah, BPD Sumsel Babel, and BPD Jambi. BP Tapera also gave awards to banks that exceeded the FLPP fund distribution target.
Bank Jambi Syariah won the "Best Report Card Category" in first place, then Bak Sumsel Babel Syariah in second place, and Bank Sulselbar in third.
Furthermore, "Category of Achievement Percentage of Highest Commitment" was given to Bank DKI, bank bjb syariah, Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah, and bank bjb.
The achievement of distributing FLPP funds in the first semester of 2022 reached 99,557 units worth Rp 11.06 trillion, or 44.05 percent of the target set by the government of 226,000 housing units.
As of July 15, 2022, the realization of FLPP funds has reached 106,310 units worth Rp 11.81 trillion (47.04 percent) of the target.
"We are optimistic that the target for the third quarter of 2022 can be met if we look at the achievements to date, for that we need full support from the Channeling Bank while still paying attention to the quality of the building and the accuracy of the target," said Adi.
Meanwhile, the Director General of Public Works and Housing Infrastructure Financing of the Ministry of PUPR, Herry Trisaputra Zuna said that the Government continues to strive to ensure that the program in the housing finance sector continues to be productive.

From 2015 to 2021, the distribution of subsidized mortgages, both FLPP, SSB, and BP2BT, has reached 1,406,518 housing units.
Herry appealed to all stakeholders in the housing sector to fulfill the requirements for livable houses, including good quality buildings, adequate building area, provision of sanitation access, access to drinking water, electricity, public facilities, and others.
