Sinar Mas Land Added Series of Excellent Facilities and Rebranding Its Logo,

JAKARTADAILY.ID – Sinar Mas Land adds facilities in the township developed by the company, namely Kota Wisata Cibubur. These facilities cover commercial areas, national and national plus schools, houses of worship, Fresh Market, to Eka Hospital Hospital.

"With these various facilities, Kota Wisata is transforming from a residential area into a modern urban development," said Sinar Mas Land Director Herry Hendarta at a press conference, Thursday, June 30, 2022.

Herry said that Sinar Mas Land also felt that it was time to show the new look of Kota Wisata by refreshing the design on the logo (re-branding).

Carrying the tagline 'Embracing Nature, Better Future', the logo describes the new identity of the Cibubur Tourism City area, along with the development and growth of its investment value.

"This logo change is intended to position Cibubur Tourism City as a township that is always developing into a modern, dynamic, and harmonious residential area that blends with nature," he explained.

With a new appearance and urban planning, Kota Wisata Cibubur focuses on accommodating the needs of public spaces and commercial areas along with the increasing population of people in the area.

Herry revealed that Kota Wisata Cibubur is currently preparing a commercial area or central business district (CBD).

The area has begun to be developed with the presence of the Kota Wisata Living World Mall which is scheduled to operate at the end of 2023.

This mall will answer the community's need for a business hub with the presence of meeting points in the form of F&B facilities, as well as various recreational facilities for families.

Kota Wisata Cibubur is also more complete with the existence of the Cimanggis-Cibitung (Cimaci) toll gate located within the township.

The Cimaci Toll Road is part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) II. In addition, this area will also be supported by the presence of the Cibubur-Dukuh Atas light rail transit (LRT).

"The two modes of transportation, namely the Cimaci Toll Road and the Cibubur-Dukuh Atas LRT, are planned to operate by the end of 2022, thereby adding to the completeness of facilities for residents of the Kita Wisata Cibubur and its surroundings," he said.
