JAKARTADAILY.ID – During a discussion titled "East Jakarta City Planning as a Potential Residential Location," hosted by PT Synthesis Karya Pratama, the urban developer said that development in East Jakarta is growing rapidly compared to other areas.
The discussion was held on Thursday, June 30, 2022, and was attended by PT Synthesis Karya Pratama and various media outlets.
Managing Director of Synthesis, Huis Aldo Daniel said that Synthesis Huis in East Jakarta is an Iconic Residential project that has various advantages. In addition to its location in Jakarta, this residential area is also supported by a myriad of potential property developments.

Head of Planning and Utilization of City Space, Department of Spatial Planning and Land Affairs of DKI Jakarta Province (DCKTRP), Merry Morfosa highlighted the potential of the East Jakarta area, especially Cijantung in terms of housing and investment.

According to Merry, the East Jakarta area has indeed been designed as a prospective administrative city for property development. Currently, DCKTRP is still waiting for the implementation of the Draft Governor Regulation on urban planning, especially in residential areas.
From the Draft Governor's Regulation, there are a number of new policies that developers need to know regarding Detailed Spatial Planning (RDTR).
“The rules of the game that have been rolled out will certainly make East Jakarta a better urban area than before," said Merry.
Merry said that the East Jakarta area was dominated by residential functions. His party has also arranged various urban planning designs related to residential areas, both for landed houses, flats, and flats.
"This includes real estate development, namely the splitting of a plot of at least 60m2 cannot be smaller than that area. We have also applied for a permit to build a residential house for up to four floors,” she said.
While specifically in the Cijantung area, Pasar Rebo District, the RDTR has been designed for a residential function.
"And, for potential property development, DCKTRP has also prepared zones and sub-zones according to the Governor's Draft Regulation, RDTR spatial pattern plan, spatial structure plan, and zoning regulations," said Merry.
