JAKARTADAILY.ID – PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Thursday, June 16, 2022.
The AGMS approved the change in the composition of the company's management.
So the current composition of Waskita Karya's management is Heru Winarko as President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner, Muhammad Salim and Muradi as Independent Commissioner.
Then the Board of Commissioners, namely T. Ikandar, Dedy Syarif Usman, Ahmad Erani Yustika, and I Gde Made Kartikajaya.

Furthermore, Destiawan Soewardjono as President Director, Wiwi Suprihanto as Director of Finance and Risk Management, Mursyid as Director of HCM and System Development, and Septiawan Andri Purwanto as Director of Business Development.
The Director of Operations I and Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, namely I Ketut Pasek Senjaya, Director of Operations II Bambang Rianto, and Director of Operations III Warjo.
In the AGMS, it was also known that until May 2022 the company has recorded a new contract value (NKB) of Rp 8.13 trillion, an increase of 321.43 percent compared to 2021 of Rp. 2.23 trillion.

The value of the new contracts comes from private projects by 53.23 percent, the Government by 35.98 percent, and the Business Development of the Company's subsidiaries by 7.84 percent.
"Based on the project type segmentation, the NKB consists of the Infrastructure connectivity segment by 40.84 percent, the Company's subsidiaries by 7.84 percent, buildings by 22.55 percent, EPC by 7.82 percent, and the Water Resources (SDA) segment. by 8.19 percent," said Corporate Secretary, Novianto Ari Nugroho in a statement, Thursday, June 16, 2022.
He added that the company can focus on running its operational business, meaning that the NKB is up to Rp 8.13 trillion or 27.10 percent of the new contract in 2022 with a target of Rp 30 trillion.
