JAKARTADAILY.ID – Developers PT Prospek Duta Sukses (PDS) and PT Jagat Konstruksi Abdipersada (JKA) started construction on the Antasari Place apartment ahead of schedule, following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the two companies in April 2022.
A.H Bimo Suryono, President Director of PDS said that the early start of the construction of Antasari Place shows PDS and JKA's commitment to completing construction on time.
"Today is a historic day for us because we can start the construction of Antasari Place which has been awaited by many parties ahead of schedule," said A.H Bimo Suryono at the marketing gallery, Jalan Pangeran Antasari kav. 45 South Jakarta, Tuesday, May 31, 2022.
According to Bimo, PT PDS, which is a subsidiary of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP), always tries to maintain the company's commitment, especially in gaining public trust, especially among buyers or apartment unit owners.
Bimo said that PDS was very strict in maintaining the timeline of the construction plan that had been set and invited JKA together to fulfill the company's commitment to delivering the Tower I Antasari Place apartment unit on time to buyers starting from December 2024.
"This is part of PDS' efforts to be able to convince buyers more and at the same time to prove PDS' commitment and seriousness in continuing to complete projects left by the old shareholders on time," said Bimo.

At the same event, JKA had the opportunity to explain the description of the stages of development to the buyers who were present as well as convey their commitment to maintaining the development timeline that has been set by PDS.
This is reflected in the installation of heavy equipment and tower cranes at the project site shortly after the handover of the project from PDS to JKA.
The seriousness of PDS is also reflected in the quality of this project's building. Patrick Rendrajaja, INPP Director & Chief Project Planning & Design Antasari Place said that his party will only use the best materials in the Antasari Place apartment project.
As for the maintenance and management of the building, PDS collaborates with Cushman & Wakefield, who has experience in the field of building management.
The ceremonial event was attended by the management of INPP, JKA, Bank partners, other partners, and buyers of Antasari Place. The event began with the reading of a joint prayer led by Habib Husein Ja'far Al-Hadar as an expression of gratitude to God and continued with pressing the bell.
Topping off Tower I is planned for 12 months after construction begins, which is around June 2023. The construction process for Tower I is scheduled to be completed within 30 months after construction begins, namely December 2024.
