JAKARTADAILY.ID – Property developer PT Graha Perdana Indah has resumed the third phase of the development of the Gardens at Candi Sawangan Depok residential area by launching the Evergreen Smart Living Cluster.

Slamet said the Evergreen Smart Living Cluster was the eighth cluster. This cluster comes with the Smart Home 2.0 concept (smart housing) and a comfortable environment in a strategic location as well as being the answer for residential seekers in the southern area of Jakarta.
As a smart residence, Slamet continued, each unit in this cluster will be equipped with smart door locks, smart sensors, CCTV to Alexa Voice Assistant.
In fact, it is equipped with motion sensor technology in the form of sensor devices that are used to detect motion and provide notifications to applications and trigger an automation system that can be set through the smart home application.
"Thus, apart from functioning as a security system, this motion detection device can also make electricity use at home more efficient," he added.
Evergreen Smart Living was developed on an area of 3.6 hectares and is here to meet increasing consumer demand.
The house at Evergreen is a two-story house with 2 and 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and balcony.
This residence which targets the millennial segment and young families provides as many as 232 housing units with two types, Type 70 and Type 96. Meanwhile, the marketed price starts from IDR 1.2 billion.
"Evergreen units are targeted to be handed over gradually within 18 months from now or in the second half of 2023," added Slamet.
