Sinar Mas Land Wins 8 Prestigious Awards at National and International Levels

JAKARTADAILY.ID - Sinar Mas Land has again succeeded in making achievements at the national level through the Indonesia Property Awards 2021 and at the international level at the World Branding Awards 2021.

Both of these prestigious awards were achieved by the company within one week.

At the Indonesia Property Awards 2021, Sinar Mas Land won the highest award in the Best Developer category and six other categories, namely Best Green Development for BSD City, Best Housing Development for the newest Kiyomi cluster from The Zora BSD City, Best Condo Development (Greater Jakarta) for Upper West BSD City, Best Mixed-Use Development for Southgate Residence, Best Industrial Estate for GIIC – Kota Deltamas, and Special Recognition for Sustainable Design & Construction.

The award ceremony was attended by 37 of the best property developers in Indonesia and was held in a hybrid manner at The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place, Jakarta on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

Sinar Mas Land's Managing Director President Office – Dhony Rahajoe, thanked the 2021 Indonesia Property Awards for giving Sinar Mas Land the highest award.

Of the seven award categories that Sinar Mas Land won at the 2021 Indonesia Property Awards, four of them, namely Best Developer, Best Green Development, Best Mixed-Use Development, and Best Industrial Estate Development were selected to represent Indonesia in "The 16th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards." Grand Final 2021 Virtual Gala” which will be held on December 9, 2021. The Indonesia Property Awards is an annual event organized by PropertyGuru since 2015.

On November 25, 2021, Sinar Mas Land also won the prestigious Brand of the Year award in the Indonesian Property Developer category at the World Branding Awards 2021 which was held virtually. The awards ceremony, organized by the London-based non-profit organization World Branding Forum, nominated more than 5,300 brands from 60 countries in various categories.

Sinar Mas Land won this award in the international arena after going through three assessments including brand valuation, consumer market research, and online public elections.
