JAKARTADAILY.ID - Sinar Mas Land booked total sales of Rp 272.5 billion from 219 units of houses in the O8 Perfect Home cluster of Grand Wisata Bekasi, West Java, during the period of three months since July 2021.
“The sales of 219 units of houses since being launched on 30 July 2021 have proven that the public has a high interest in purchasing houses in the Bekasi area despite the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic,” Sinar Mas Land Residential National CEO Herry Hendarta said.
According to him, the development of infrastructure around Bekasi has lifted the added value of the residential area. “The increase of marketing sales of Grand Wisata Bekasi is also supported by a number of stimuli given by the government in property sector this year,” he said.
He said the stimulus includes the government decision to exempt the house sales from value-added tax (VAT), and relaxation of Loan to Value (LTV), which allows consumers to buy houses on credits with 0% down payment, and also the decrease of bank interests.
“It is also driven by innovative steps taken by Sinar Mas Land in developing quality and affordable houses in Grand Wisata Bekasi. Sinar Mas Land is committed to developing Grand Wisata Bekasi as “Kota Mandiri” (a self-sustained city) in the eastern part of Jakarta, like BSD City in Tangerang Selatan.
He said that Grand Wisata Bekasi has been supported by a number of excellent facilities, such as education, health, lifestyle center, sports center, and recreation center.
The Grand Wisata Bekasi is also preparing trade centers, which have been started with the development of Mall Living World of Grand Wisata Bekasi that is scheduled to start operation in 2024. The township can be also directly accessed through Jakarta – Cikampek toll road, allowing a reduction of traveling time from Jakarta to only 15 minutes.
“There is also JORR II toll road which is expected to be completed in 2022. The JORR II toll road will link Grand Wisata Bekasi directly to South Jakarta and North Jakarta. Then LRT facility and Jakarta – Bandung high-speed trains, which passes Grand Wisata Bekasi township. The LRT Bekasi Timur station is scheduled to start operation in the middle of 2022, while the high-speed train will start operation during the fourth quarter of 2022,” he said, adding that in
