Citra Swarna Group Acquires Dharmawangsa Hills Bogor to Develop Nature-Nuanced Residence  

JAKARTADAILY.ID – Property Developer Citra Swarna Group (CSG) has officially acquired a 2.5-hectare land bank in Pamoyanan, South Bogor District, Bogor City, West Java.

The sale and purchase process with the previous land banking owner, PT Graha Cipta Sukses, was completed by its subsidiary PT Elfa Jaya Pratama on Tuesday, August 22, 2023.

The land acquisition reached 100 percent of the total land originally intended for the development of Dharmawangsa Hills Housing. Through this land ownership, CSG stated that it is ready to develop landed house products and commercial areas.

"With the acquisition of Dharmawangsa Hills housing, it is a form of top priority for consumers from Citra Swarna Group companies in adding their projects, especially in the Bogor area," said Wahyu Hartanto, CSG Operations Director, Tuesday, September 12, 2023.

According to him, the cool and fresh air conditions make Bogor City one of the most attractive areas for Indonesians both for tourist destinations and places to live.

The presence of Dharmawangsa Hills is suitable for families who want to feel the cool air and beautiful atmosphere with beautiful mountain scenery.
