Jamkrindo Recorded a Net Profit of Rp802 billion in third half of 2022

JAKARTADAILY.ID – Indonesian Guarantee company, PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) recorded a classy performance in the third half of 2022.

Jamkrindo managed to record a net profit of Rp 802 billion as of September 2022, up 44.76 percent compared to the previous year's acquisition of Rp554 billion. Jamkrindo's total assets reach Rp29.95 trillion with equity of Rp13.08 trillion.

The Director of Finance, Investment, and Risk Management of PT Jamkrindo Suwarsito explained that the company's net profit was supported by the acquisition of total revenue which reached Rp6.15 trillion.

Consists of operating income (guarantee income and investment income) of Rp5.41 trillion, net subrogation income of Rp641.63 billion, and other income of Rp25.21 billion.

The realization of the guaranteed volume up to September 2022 was Rp220.36 trillion, consisting of Rp149.98 trillion for KUR (People's Business Credit) guarantees and Rp70.37 trillion for non-KUR guarantees.

"With the achievement in the third quarter of this year which shows positive results, in which we have pocketed 98 percent of net profit in 2022, we are optimistic that at the end of the year, Jamkrindo can achieve performance exceeding the target in 2022, which is Rp818.95 billion," said Suwarsito, in an official statement, Jakarta, quoted, Wednesday, December 19, 2022.

He said Jamkrindo had carried out a transformation that focused on the company's six strategic elements, including the transformation of organizational structure, Human Resources (HR) management, technology, business, and operational systems, risk management and compliance, and financial governance, to strengthen the company's performance as a whole. sustainable.

Fundamental transformation is needed because Jamkrindo has a strategic role to bridge feasible MSMEs to gain more effective and efficient access to financing. The presence of Jamkrindo in this case helps MSME actors in order to access sources of financing.

"Jamkrindo will continue to carry out transformations so that the company's fundamentals are stronger and more innovative so that Jamkrindo can present products and services that suit the needs of partners while simultaneously responding to opportunities and challenges that are developing in the guarantee business," said Suwarsito.
