JAKARTADAILY.ID – The Indonesian government is focused on preparing itself ahead of Hannover Messe 2023, the world's largest industrial technology exhibition which will be held on April 17-21, 2023 in Hannover, Germany.
The Indonesian government through the Minister of Industry has signed a participation contract as the Official Partner Country Hannover Messe 2023 on December 6, 2022.
In its history, several countries have become the Official Country Partners of the Hannover Messe, namely the United States, France, China, Japan, India, Mexico, and Sweden.
"Indonesia in this case should be proud because it was chosen as the first ASEAN country to become the official partner country at the event," said the Director General of Resilience, Territory and International Industrial Access (Dirjen KPAII) Eko SA Cahyanto in a written statement quoted Thursday, December 8, 2022.
The Director General of KPAII stated that Indonesia views participation as the Official Country Partner of Hannover Messe 2023 not only as a branding event for Indonesia but also to encourage the improvement of Indonesia's manufacturing capabilities and the development of digital infrastructure.
"As well as to expand and establish partnerships for industry players, especially in industrial technology 4.0," said Eko.
Eko revealed, at Hannover Messe 2023, Indonesia will showcase the latest technology and industrial technology investment opportunities and hold various series of activities related to industry 4.0, business summits, and conferences at the Indonesian Pavilion at the Hannover Messe Fairground.
