To ensure the sustainability of SOEs reform and transformation, the Ministry of SOEs is currently developing a 2024-2034 road map which is a continuation of the 2020-2024 road map.
The 2024-2034 roadmap is targeted for completion in the first quarter of 2023. One of the targets of this roadmap is to ensure SOEs is one of the main actors in pushing Indonesia's goal of becoming a high-income country by 2045.
Through the SOEs reforms program, in 2021 SOEs consolidated revenue will increase by 18.8 percent to Rp 2.295 trillion. Meanwhile, BUMN's consolidated profit also shot up 838.3 percent to Rp 124.7 trillion in 2021.
This joint or aggregate SOEs financial report has been published for the first time by the Ministry of SOEs in history for the 2021 financial year. With this financial report, the Ministry of SOEs hopes that there will be no more risk of double recording so that accountability and transparency to the public can be accounted for.
"We hope that SOEs can make an ever-increasing contribution to the Indonesian economy and benefit more people," said Erick.
