JAKARTADAILY.ID – PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. or BNI continues to improve BNIDirect transactions, by presenting a variety of innovative features and new services.
BNI Deputy President Director, Adi Sulistyowati said that until August 2022 BNI Cash Management transaction volume reached Rp. 3,567 trillion or grew by 37 percent on an annual basis (YoY).
“Of which, 80 percent of the transaction volume was contributed by the BNIDirect platform which reached Rp. 2,838. Trillion, or grew 42 percent YoY,” she said in a press release on Tuesday, September 11, 2022.

Adi Sulistyowati, who is familiarly called Susi, explained that the main driving factor for this growth was the incessant innovation of features and services that matched customer needs.
By creating various attractive programs, BNI also continues to increase acquisitions and encourage customer activation to transact through BNIDirect, both from corporate, commercial, and small business customers.
"Of course, we will continue to encourage the performance of Cash Management. We will spur transaction growth at BNIDirect by strengthening digital capabilities and features that are able to meet customer needs,” she said.

“We ensure that BNIDirect's digital solutions can be relied on to support increased productivity and business efficiency of customers," she added.
In the future, Susi said that BNI will focus on improving customer experience with several initiatives, such as providing unlimited access to all business banking services such as cash management, bank guarantees, foreign exchange, supply chains, and so on, in one integrated platform.
“As one of BNI's Champion products, BNIDirect offers clients various benefits such as Collection Management, Liquidity Management, Payment Management, Trade Online, and API Open Banking to support integration and ease of banking transactions on customer-owned platforms,” said Susi.

In addition, BNI Direct is also equipped with various features, including international transfers and foreign exchange trading, tax payments, non-tax revenues, bills (electricity, telephone, credit cards, BPJS, etc.), auto-debit, Pertamina product purchases (crude, fuels, aviation, LPG/BBG), lubricants, etc.), Virtual Accounts, to other financial arrangements such as cash pooling & distribution and general company financial information.
"With service flexibility, the number of BNIDirect users in a company or institution can also be made according to need. Access or authority over features and accounts can be easily determined by customers and transaction authorization is carried out using layered security so that customers can transact safely and comfortably", she concluded.
