JAKARTADAILY.ID – PT Bank Negara Indonesia partnered with the North Sulawesi Provincial Government to utilize banking service facilities and support the Smart Province Program.
BNI also partneredbwith PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Utara and Gorontalo in terms of institutional cooperation.
President Director of Bank SulutGo (BSG) Revino Pepah said BSG was encouraged to be able to seize opportunities for regional economic growth by spurring innovation and stronger digital access to customers in the Sulawesi area.
Through this collaboration, he believes that BNI and BSG can support the improvement of their respective service operations through the use of products and services.
"We certainly appreciate BNI for opening up opportunities for collaboration with us. Of course, this will be an opportunity for us to strengthen Bank SulutGo's digital transformation and provide a new value proposition for our customers," he said.
Through synergies with Bank SulutGo, BNI believes it can support local government financial governance and economic development in North Sulawesi Province.
This movement aims to guide Regencies/Cities in preparing Smart City Masterplans so that they can maximize the use of technology, both in improving public services and accelerating the potential that exists in each region.
"BNI is committed to supporting the acceleration of digitalization and services that are more effective, efficient, transparent, and with added value for the entire community, especially the people of North Sulawesi," he said.
Royke said that BNI would help bring together various stakeholders in building a smart ecosystem with a wide scope, both in government, business, and consumers.
BNI will also assist the implementation of smart government for information management solutions for local government financial systems, solutions for receiving various types of taxes or income, and payment solutions.
