JAKARTADAILY.ID – Astra Financial recorded a transaction value that exceeded their goal at Rp 315 billion at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show or GIIAS.
The automotive exhibition show was held at the Grand City Convex in Surabaya, East Java from September 14 to September 18, 2022.
"The achievement of the Rp 315.83 billion (in) transactions is certainly inseparable from the trust of the people of Surabaya for Astra Financial as a financial choice solution in realizing their dreams," said Tan Chian Hok, Project Director of Astra Financial at GIIAS 2022 in a press release, quoted Tuesday, September 20, 2022.
Tan Chian Hok, nickname Ahok, said that this success was also supported by the convenience and various attractive promos offered to visitors to GIIAS Surabaya this time.
With these results, when added to the performance organizers at GIIAS 2022 Jakarta and Surabaya, Astra Financial has recorded transactions amounting to Rp 1.873 trillion.
This number marked an increase of 80.97 percent when compared to the GIIAS events in the two cities in 2021 which only reached Rp 1,035 trillion.

During the automotive exhibition, Astra Financial was present with 9 of its 14 business units.
They include ACC & TAF for financing four-wheeled vehicles, FIFGROUP for financing two-wheeled vehicles, and vehicle protection from Astra insurance and life protection from Astra Life.
Supported by digital financial services AstraPay, Maucash, and Moxa which also provide special programs to provide convenience in transactions during GIIAS.
Not to mention the newcomer, namely SEVA, which facilitates the process of buying a car with the Financing First concept and the Instant Approval feature, which makes a major contribution to this transaction.

Surabaya and East Java are one of the largest automotive markets in Indonesia. The size of the market can have a direct impact on economic recovery in Surabaya, East Java, and also nationally, which previously experienced a decline due to the pandemic in 2020.
