JAKARTADAILY.ID – PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (CSAP) inaugurated Mitra 10 Batam in a new location. After being renovated, the building materials and home improvement supermarket now occupy an area of 16,717m2.
Mitra10 President Director Andy Totong said since Mitra10 came to Batam City in 2005, visitor interest and sales figures continue to increase every year. The presence of a large national developer in Batam City further strengthens consumer demand for a wide selection of quality building materials and home improvements.
"In order to serve customers better and more comfortably, including adding items and providing a wider area for shopping and parking, today we re-inaugurated Mitra10 Batam, which, after remodeling, occupies more land, so customers can shop comfortably and safely at shopping destinations. The most complete and largest building material in Batam City," said Andy Totong in a press statement on Thursday, July 7, 2022.

Andy explained that Mitra10 Batam previously occupied an area of 8,990m2, now after remodeling it occupies an area of 16,717m2.
The additional land area almost doubled, making the selling area (sales area) grow from 2,192m2 to 3,801m2. The building area is now 8,434m2 with a warehouse area of 3,347m2. Previously Mitra10 Batam had a building area of 2160m2 with a warehouse area of 72m2.
Mitra 10 offers 25,000 items (Stock Keeping Units / SKUs) which are divided into 13 categories.
This category consists of paint and its variants, porcelain/ceramic for floors, walls, bathrooms and kitchens, doors and windows, pipes/plumbing, building materials, electricity, home appliances (hardware), tools, hobbies, and household furniture and appliances.
The SKUs are supplied by more than 600 producers, more than 80 percent of which are local/domestic producers. So that the existence of Mitra10 has a positive impact on the growth of local business people in the country to grow sustainably

Mitra10 which is owned by PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (IDX: “CSAP”) now has 44 stores in 25 cities in Indonesia. In fact, the Company has set the first milestone of having 50 Mitra10 building material superstores by the end of 2023 and towards the second milestone of 100 Mitra10 superstores by 2030.
