JAKARTADAILY.ID - Iffan, Head of the Supervision and Control Section of the DKI Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency, said that Justin Bieber's concert scheduled to be held in November 2022 has not yet received a permit.
"They usually apply for permission 3 months before the event because it involves thorough preparation," Iffan said to reporters when contacted Tuesday, March 29, 2022.
Nevertheless, Iffan also said his team supports Bieber's concert as Jakarta may hold world-class events.
Iffan requested the promotor to hold Bieber's concert while still following health protocols even though Jakarta has entered PPKM Level 2.
"We will support it because it shows how Jakarta is safe and able to hold world-class events," he said.
