JAKARTADAILY.ID --- PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk (stock code: TCPI) has signed a Coal Transportation Contract of Barging Service contract. The contract was obtained from the largest coal mining company in South Kalimantan, Indonesia.

In the Information Report or Material Facts submitted by TCPI to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), it is known that the Company reports two contract values. In the Information Report or Material Facts Number 341 it is stated that the contract value is IDR 1.6 trillion. As for the Information Report or Material Facts Number 342, it is stated that the contract value is IDR 576 billion.

Both contracts are valid for 10 years. With the type of work in the form of coal transportation in the Asam-asam area, South Kalimantan.

The two Material Information or Facts Reports were submitted to the IDX on December 24, 2021, and signed by Erizal Darwis as Director of PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk. Upon the achievement of the contract, TCPI is entitled to payment of the shipping fee from the customer. Thus, the company's business continuity is well maintained.

TCPI is a shipping company that has a transportation fleet that provides various services, ranging from Barging, Floating crane, Transshipment, Mother Vessel, Long Hauling, Oil Barge, Assist Tug, Agency, Mooring Man, to Oil Spill Response Team Service.

On Friday's trading (December 24, 2021), TCPI shares closed at IDR 10,175 per share. The price is still above the all-time high position or the psychological position of IDR  10,000 per share. (*)
