JAKARTADAILY.ID – Minister of State-owned Enterprises Erick Thohir was sued by a former subordinate for allegedly making false financial reports which amounted to a total of Rp 2,2 trillion in damages.
That former subordinate is Bakhtiar Rosyidi, the former Finance Director of PT Sigma Cipta Caraka, who is suing Erick Thohir and the current President Director of PT Telkom, Ririek Adriansyah.
PT Sigma Cipta Caraka, which was previously known as PT Graha Telkom Sigma, is a subsidiary of PT Multimedia Nusantara, which is also a subsidiary of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, or PT Telkom.

Through a lawsuit filed by Bakhtiar Rosyidi with case number 160/Pdt.G/2023/PN jkt PST/9/3/2023, the court confirmed the lawsuit against the law and has been registered at the Central Jakarta District Court.
"That's right, it's been registered," briefly said the Deputy Public Relations Representative of the Central Jakarta District Court Bintang Al on Friday, March 10, 2023. However, Bintang did not explain further the contents of the lawsuit filed by Bachtiar Rosyidi.
Bakhtiar Rosyidi's attorney, Kasman Sangaji explained that the report alleged that the fictitious project was initiated by financing or falsifying financial reports worth Rp 1.7 trillion of the estimated project value of IDR 2.2 trillion for the 2017-2018 period.
Because of that, his party requested that this case be disclosed in a clear manner.
"With this report, we ask the ranks of the legal apparatus to take firm legal action," said Kasman Sangaji.
He explained that carrying out law enforcement and prosecution of all responsible parties, including the leadership in charge of business whose activities were suspected of triggering state financial losses.
"We are asking for a re-audit of PT Telkom's finances," he said.
Apart from that, his party also asked the President Director of PT Telkom, Ririek Adriansyah, to take steps if it is known that there is a loss and it will be returned immediately if there is a misappropriation of state finances that is suspected of being used by certain individuals.
Previously, on Monday, March 6, 2023, SOE Minister Erick Thohir visited the Attorney General's Office to report a number of suspected cases in a number of state-owned companies, including the case at PT Graha Telkom Sigma.
In fact, in the case of projects for apartments, housing, hotels, and the provision of split stones carried out by PT Graha Telkom Sigma from 2017 to 2018, the Attorney General's Office has conducted an investigation.
