JAKARTADAILY.ID - As many as 69 employees of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) who are indicated to have improper wealth are scheduled to undergo an examination.
As reported by PMJNews, Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance, Awan Nurmawan Nuh, said that during the inspection, his party would formally and materially check the improper assets of the 69 employees of the Ministry of Finance.
"A total of 69 employees who are not clear will be summoned and examined. In principle, we will do it using analytical data, so we can find out anomalies in the wealth of employees of the Ministry of Finance," said Awan during a press conference, Wednesday, March 1, 2023.

Nurmawan revealed, of the 69 employees of the Ministry of Finance who were summoned for examination, 36 of them came from the 2021 report.
"After we found an anomaly, we checked again, from unreported assets to suspicious transactions. There are 33 employees who are not clear, in 2021 there will be 36 employees who are not clear," he continued.
Awan emphasized that his party had pocketed the names of employees whose assets were in trouble.

"The details are there, we just can't open it here. There's everything about the data on his name," he explained.
Awan added that the summons of 69 Ministry of Finance employees was carried out as a verification step. If there are irregularities, an investigation will be followed up.
"The 69 are not clear, we will call for clarification, check, if there are indications of fraud, we will investigate," he concluded.
