Enseval Putra Megatrading Sells MOSTRANS Digital Platform to MGD

JAKARTADAILY.ID – PT Enseval Putera Megatrading (EPMT) sold its ownership of the MOSTRANS digital platform to its subsidiary, PT Mostrans Global Digilog (MGD). The sale and purchase transaction is worth Rp 2.585 billion, according to an information disclosure letter published by the Indonesian stock exchange on Thursday.

EPMT and MGD are part of the PT Kalbe Farma Open business group (stock code: KLBF). The MOSTRANS transfer is an effort by this business group to strengthen the special expedition business line for large vehicles.

MGD is a subsidiary of EPMT which was established to continue to develop a digital platform for transportation of pharmaceutical products and health products between businesses, especially starting with transportation companies as well as factories and distribution companies throughout Indonesia. MOSTRANS was launched by EPMT for the first time in 2019.

Currently, MOSTRANS has been used by a number of shipping companies and goods owners in processing the delivery of goods/products.

EPMT continues to develop MOSTRANS penetration to increase the number of users by collaborating with a number of shipping company partners and goods owners to become the largest digital transportation platform in Indonesia, especially for pharmaceutical products and health products.

With the MOSTRANS application, it is hoped that distribution services for pharmaceutical and health products can be faster and more efficient with good quality. In the future, this digital platform will become a service medium for pharmaceutical products and health products that can be utilized by all business actors in the health sector. Given the vast archipelago in Indonesia and the need for health services to be available to remote corners of the archipelago, the use of digital technology is relevant.

MOSTRANS is a digital inter-business platform that integrates the process of product delivery belonging to factories or distribution companies by transportation companies, integrating the monitoring process of product shipments sent by transportation companies into the MOSTRANS digital platform.

So that MOSTRANS can be used jointly by the distribution ecosystem of pharmaceutical and health products, especially by principals and distributors, then on September 2, 2021, a new subsidiary was established under the name PT Mostrans Global Digilog. (*)
