JAKARTADAILY.ID – After the determination of 17 national political parties and 6 local Acehnese political parties participating in the 2024 election, the Indonesian General Elections Commission (KPU) immediately held an open plenary meeting to draw and determine the serial number of political parties participating in the 2024 general election.
"By reading Bismillahirahmanirahim, an open plenary meeting for the purpose of drawing serial numbers and determining the serial numbers of political parties participating in the 2024 election is declared open," said KPU chairman Hasyim Asy'ari, Wednesday evening, December 14, 2022.
The plenary meeting which was held on the KPU building's lawn was chaired by KPU chairman Hasyim Asy'ari, KPU members August Mellaz, Betty Epsilon Idroos, Idham Holik, Parsadaan Harahap, Mochammad Afifuddin, and Yulianto Sudrajat with KPU Secretary General Bernad Dermawan Sutrisno. Also accompanying Deputy for Technical Support, Eberta Kawima, Acting Deputy for Administration Purwoto Ruslan Hidayat and Main Inspector, KPU Nanang Priyatna.
The following are the political parties participating in the 2024 Election based on Minutes Number: 310/PL.01.1-BA/05/2022 concerning the Determination of Serial Numbers of Political Parties Participating in General Elections:
1. National Awakening Party (PKB)
2. Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra)
3. Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI Perjuangan)
4. Working Group Party (Golkar)
5. NasDem Party
6. Labor Party
7. Indonesian People's Wave Party (Gelora)
