"As many as 200 instant houses with simple, healthy, and earthquake-resistant structures will be prepared," said the Regional Secretary of Cianjur Regency, Cecep S. Alamsyah in a press release on Monday, December 5, 2022.
Cecep added that residents whose houses were heavily damaged were not placed in temporary shelters, but permanent housing was built immediately.

Meanwhile, as of Sunday, December 4, 2022, the death toll from the earthquake, namely 334 people, has not since increased.
Unfortunately, this indicates that the search and evacuation of the SAR team today have not yielded results, with eight people still yet to be found.
