Indonesian Supreme Court Hands Over Two Judges Involved in Bribery Case to KPK

Gazalba was examined as a witness in a Bribery case related to the handling of cases at the Supreme Court on Thursday 27 October 2022.

Based on Tempo's investigation, Gazalba Saleh is a Supreme Court justice whose name was highlighted during the cassation decision against the former Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Edhy Prabowo.

In the cassation decision, Edhy, who was sentenced to 9 years at the appeal level, had his sentence cut to 5 years by the Panel of Cassation Judges at the Supreme Court. Gazalba is one of three judges who tried Edhy Prabowo at the cassation.
