Two Individuals in the 'Kebaya Merah' Video Have Been Arrested, the Full Video is Still Being Sold Online

JAKARTADAILY.ID – Two individuals seen in the homemade video called the "Kebaya Merah" (Red Kebaya) have been arrested by members of the East Java Regional Police.

The Director of the Special Crime Investigation Unit of the East Java Police, Police Grand Commissioner Farman, confirmed the arrests a few days ago.

However, on social media, especially Twitter, the video is still being sought after. Some are even selling the video for Rp 750,000 ($47).

This is proven by the reappearance of a Twitter thread entitled: Kebaya Merah which became one of the Trending Topics on Twitter on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

The thread itself is filled with various types of messages ranging from product promotions to adult content. One of them is a message containing a link to access the video "Kebaya Merah."

Like the @mason91761xxx account tweet, "Video kebaya red #KebayaMerah Full Version of Viral Video That Went Viral On Twitter And Reddit," he wrote. Another account @Marilyn0975xxx also gives the same offer.

As previously known, the National Police Investigators are currently investigating the motives of the two perpetrators for making the video and spreading it on social media.

"It's still being investigated, when it was made and we will match it with the evidence found by investigators," he said as quoted from pmjnews.
