Putri Candrawathi's Attorney Presents Four Pieces of Evidence to Support Her Claims of Sexual Violence

JAKARTADAILY.ID – Putri Candrawathi's attorney, Febri Diansyah said that there were four pieces of evidence that could support and prove the sexual harassment incident Putri experienced while in Magelang, Central Java.

"Regarding the alleged sexual violence in Magelang on July 7, 2022, our team of attorneys for Mrs. Putri has presented four pieces of evidence that support the occurrence of sexual violence against Mrs. Putri," said Febri in a statement, Monday, October 24, 2022.

According to Febry, the first evidence is Putri Candrawathi's statement which has been included in the examination report (BAP) and the second evidence is related to the results of the forensic psychological examination.

"The statement of the Victim of Sexual Violence is the Defendant Putri Chandrawathi which has been submitted in the BAP on August 26, 2022. And the second piece of evidence, the results of the forensic psychology examination Number: 056/E/HPPF/APSIFOR/IX/2022 dated September 6, 2022," Febri explained.

The third piece of evidence, is the expert's explanation, stating that the statements of Putri Candrawathi and Ferdy Sambo were consistent with the occurrence of unexpected and unwanted sexual violence.

Febri explained that what Putri said was in accordance with credible information indicators. As Source BAP of Reni Kusumo Wardhani, a psychologist, dated September 9, 2022.

"It was found that Putri Candrawathi had a bad psychological condition in the form of symptoms of depression and an acute trauma reaction. It was found that from the integration of the test results there was no indication of malingering (not exaggerating the psychological condition experienced)," explained Febry.

The fourth piece of evidence is the statement of Susi and Kuat Maruf who found Putri Candrawathi at Magelang's house in a helpless condition.

"The fourth evidence, circumstantial evidence, which basically proves the condition of Mrs. Putri Candrawathi was found helpless in front of the bathroom on the 2nd floor of the Magelang house by witness Susi and witness Kuat Maruf," he said.

Previously, Deputy Chairperson of Indonesian Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) Edwin Partogi said that there were a number of irregularities in the claims of sexual harassment by Ferdy Sambo's wife, Putri Chandrawathi (PC) in Magelang.

"There are 7 irregularities regarding the alleged immoral or sexual harassment incident in Magelang. But I can only name 6," said Edwin to pmjnews, Sunday, September 4, 2022.
