JAKARTADAILY.ID – The Indonesian National Police, through the Criminal Investigation Agency moved Ferdy Sambo and his wife to the Attorney General's Office on Wednesday, October 5, 2022.
Ferdy Sambo and his wife Putri Candrawathi are the prime suspects in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J, a.k.a. Yosua Hutabarat.
Ferdy and Putri were both escorted to the AGO office in a Mobile Brigadier Tactical Vehicle as their case files have been completed and are ready to move on to trial. Ferdy Sambo had time to apologize to all parties involved in the case, including the family of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.
In this case, the National Police have named 5 suspects in the premeditated murder of Brigadier J, namely Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawati, Bharada Richard Eliezer (RE), Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Kuat Ma'ruf.
The five were charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code concerning Premeditated Murder, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code regarding Murder in conjunction with Article 55 in conjunction with 56 of the Criminal Code.

Ferdy Sambo himself became a suspect in two cases, namely the premeditated murder of Brigadier J and Obstruction of Justice or an attempt to obstruct the investigation in the disclosure of the case.
