JAKARTADAILY.ID – Deputy Chairperson of Indonesian Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) Edwin Partogi said that there were a number of irregularities in the claims of sexual harassment by Ferdy Sambo's wife, Putri Chandrawathi (PC) in Magelang.
"There are 7 irregularities regarding the alleged immoral or sexual harassment incident in Magelang. But I can only name 6," said Edwin to pmjnews, Sunday, September 4, 2022.
Here are 6 irregularities in cases of alleged sexual harassment of Putri Chandrawathi according to LPSK.
1. Witnesses Kuat Ma'ruf and Susi were present
Incidents of sexual harassment were unlikely to occur because Kuat and Susi were present at the time of the incident in Magelang.
"At the time of the incident, it was suspected that there were immoral acts, there were still Kuat Ma'ruf and Susi, which of course from that side there was little chance of an incident," said Edwin.

2. Putri Chandrawathi could have screamed
Because Kuat and Susi were present, Edwin said that Putri Candrawathi could have screamed if something happened to her.
"Even if the incident happened, Mrs. PC could still scream," he said.
3. Power Relations
Power relations played a crucial role in this case. Clearly, the wife of Ferdy Sambo would have a higher standing than Brigadier J and not the other way around. Therefore, according to Edwin, Brigadier J having power above Putri Candrawathi did not add up.
“The power relation is not fulfilled because J is a subordinate of FS. PC is the General's wife," he said.
