Putri Chandrawathi Questioned Once More As Suspect on Brigadier J Murder Case but Remains Undetained

JAKARTADAILY.ID – Ferdy Sambo's wife, Putri Chandrawathi, underwent a second examination as a suspect in the murder of Brigadier Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J.

Putri Candrawathi's lawyer, Arman Hanis said, Putri underwent an examination from Wednesday morning until 23:45 pm.

During the examination, Ferdy Sambo's wife was asked 23 questions. He revealed that his client was also confronted by dozens of questions from investigators.

"There are 23 questions, the questions were asked to all the suspects," said Arman at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Jakarta, Wednesday night, August 31, 2022.

Arman continued, all questions related to events in Magelang and Saguling.

Arman did not want to go into more detail about the examination material.

"Please ask the investigator for the material," he said.

Arman said, during the examination, that Putri submitted an application not to be detained on the grounds of having small children. In addition, her health condition is also not stable.

"Regarding the matter of the detention of Ibu Putri, we have submitted an application not to be detained for reasons in accordance with Article 31 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code. We may submit the request," explained Arman.

"And we propose for humanitarian reasons. Ibu Putri still has small children and Ibu Putri is still in an unstable condition," he continued.

"So we submitted an application not to be detained for Mrs. Putri but given the obligation to report twice a week," he said.
