National Police Will Hold a Case Reconstruction of Brigadier J's Murder Involving Ferdy Sambo and Bharada E

JAKARTADAILY.ID – Indonesian National Police will hold a case reconstruction of Brigadier J's murder at the Duren Tiga Police Complex, South Jakarta on Tuesday, August 30, 2022.

Various related parties will attend the reconstruction, the Indonesian Human Rights Commission (Kommas HAM), Indonesian National Police Commission (Kompolnas), the Public Prosecutor (JPU), and also the suspects, including Ferdy Sambo and Bahrada E who has become a justice collaborator.

National police spokesperson, Inspector General Pol Dedi Prasetyo said that Bharada Richard Eliezer or Bharada E would be presented directly in the reconstruction process that would be carried out by investigators in the case of Brigadier J's death at the official residence of the suspect Inspector General Pol Ferdy Sambo.

This reconstruction will also present three other suspects, including Ferdy Sambo. It is known that since he was appointed as a Justice Collaborator, Bharada E's examinations have always been separated and presented online.

"If the reconstruction of information from the investigator (Bharada E) can be presented," said Dedi Prasetyo to reporters, Sunday, August 28, 2022.

Dedi added that the reason Bharada E was still presented in the direct reconstruction even though he was a Justice Collaborator was to get an overview of the facts at the crime scene (TKP).

"So that the Public Prosecutor can get a picture of the facts at the crime scene," explained Dedi.

The reconstruction process will be carried out in a transparent manner. External parties such as Kompolnas and the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) will be present in the reconstruction.

"Komnas HAM and Kompolnas will follow the reconstruction process in order to maintain transparency, be objective and accountable," said Dedi again

Meanwhile, the Head of the AGO's Legal Information Center, Ketut Sumedana, said that the head of the Public Prosecution Team would attend the reconstruction site tomorrow, accompanied by several public prosecutors.
