LPSK: Bharada E Officially Becomes Justice Collaborator on the Brigadier J Murder Case

JAKARTADAILY.ID – The Indonesian Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) stated that Bharada E, or Richard Eliezer officially became a Justice Collaborator in the case of Brigadier J's murder.

Previously Bharada E had volunteered to be a Justice Collaborator to reveal the main actors in the case. The Head of the LPSK, Hasto Atmojo Suroyo said that the approval of Bharada E's application to LPSK was based on Bharada E's minor role in the case.

Bharada E, continued Hasto, was judged to have shot Brigadier J because of orders from superiors or orders from Ferdy Sambo.

"According to our records, Bharada E is a criminal but with a minor role because he received orders from his superiors," said Hasto.

Hasto added that Bharada E's involvement in planning the murder was still being investigated, but he confirmed that Bharada E's role, in this case, was very small.

"We are investigating whether the person concerned has become a mastermind or what, but what is clear is that we see that the role in question is small," said Hasto.

Meanwhile, LPSK  rejected the application for protection submitted by the wife of Inspector General of Police Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi. LPSK found many irregularities after conducting a number of assessments.

"The LPSK has decided to reject or stop the review of Ms. P because she cannot be given protection," said Hasto Atmojo Suroyo.

Even so, Hasto added that LPSK will still accept applications for protection in the future, even though Putri's application is currently rejected.
