JAKARTADAILY.ID – The Police-on-police shooting case at the house of the former Head of the Professional and Security Division (Propam), Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, which killed Brigadier Nofriasnyah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J, has entered a new phase.
Bharada E, who was involved in a shootout with the victim has been named as a suspect.
"Investigators have carried out a case title and examining witnesses is also considered sufficient to determine Bharada E as a suspect," said the Director of General Crimes of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Indonesian National Police, Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi, at the National Police Headquarters, Jl Trunojoyo, Jakarta, Wednesday night, August 3, 2022.
With the determination of this suspect, Bharada E, who is currently being investigated by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, will be immediately detained.
"Bharada E is now in the Criminal Investigation Department. After being named a suspect, of course, we will continue with the examination as a suspect and we will immediately arrest and detained him," he said.
Bharada E was named a suspect in the alleged premeditated murder as reported by the family of Brigadier J. Bharada E was charged with murder.
"This is related to the police report submitted by Brigadier Joshua's family," he said.
