JAKARTADAILY.ID - Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo was lined up as a cadre who read out the recommendations for the 2021 PDI-P (PDIP) National Working Meeting (Rakernas) II at the Party School, Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta, Thursday, June 23, 2022.
The PDIP politician reads seven recommendations from Rakernas II, one of which was the decision that the decision of the PDIP presidential candidate (Capres) was the prerogative of Megawati Soekarnoputri as the General Chair Women of the PDIP.
“The Party's Second National Working Meeting confirms that the determination of the pair of presidential and vice-presidential candidates to be carried by the PDI-P in the 2024 General Election, is the prerogative of the Party General Chair, Prof. DR. (H.C.) Megawati Soekarnoputri," said Ganjar as quoted from the official PDIP website, Friday, June 24, 2022.

Ganjar said that the National Working Meeting participants conveyed the importance of grounding Pancasila based on the philosophy and spirit of its birth on June 1, 1945.
Pancasila is the ideology, philosophy, foundation, and guiding star of all strategic government policies, and becomes the guideline for the life of the nation and state.
"In this regard, the national education curriculum in all educational strata must include Pancasila as a compulsory subject," said Ganjar.
The next recommendation, Ganjar conveyed that the National Working Meeting participants proposed that the party fully support the government's efforts in recovering the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic by accelerating the Covid-19 vaccination.

PDIP must also support the national economic growth program, social assistance, increased employment absorption, investment, and price stability for the people's basic needs.
"The Second National Working Meeting of the Party encourages President Jokowi to increase the synergy of connectivity and cooperation with political parties that carry the government in order to maximize the success of the government for the realization of an Indonesia that is sovereign in politics, independent in the economic field, and has a personality in culture," explained Ganjar.
Ganjar continued that the Party's Second National Working Meeting emphasized the importance of structuring the political system after the 2024 elections.
This is in accordance with Pancasila democracy by correcting the electoral system and liberal political practices that are capitalistic, and full of enthusiasm, strengthening the role and function of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia.
