"We have checked the readiness of the hostel to accept pilgrims for the year 1443H/2022M. Alhamdulillah, everything is ready," said Mujab after checking the rooms and facilities of the Pondok Gede Hajj hostel, Monday, May 16, 2022.
According to Mujab, the check was deliberately carried out to ensure the readiness of services at the Hajj hostel. Moreover, pilgrims are scheduled to start entering on June 3, 2022.
"Besides checking the physical buildings and facilities, we also check the readiness of human resources in charge of serving the congregation," he explained.
"There are five buildings that will be used by the congregation, namely buildings D1, D2, D3, D4, and E," he said.
"We are also preparing reserve buildings, namely buildings A, B, and C," he said.
In addition to Saiful Mujab, checks were also carried out by the Special Staff of the Minister of Religion Ishfah Abidal Aziz and the Expert Staff of the Minister of Religion Hasan Sagala. Accompanying him was the Head of UPT Pondok Gede Hajj Dormitory, Munib Maksum.
